PowerBI report filtering and Refresh

Hi Team,

1) is there a way we can filter report via API and integrate them in the tile.

( i am able to successfully integrate the report into api and see PowerBI filters in it), 

but if i want to pass the filter via API itself , is it supported at this point.

2) can we refresh the data in powerBI via api call , such that the application always shows the latest data.
