Measure to get a month sale as template for other month

I want to make a measure to get a month sale (month 7) as template for other month.

I thought I could make three measure:

1. Total Sales=Sum(Sales)

2. Total Sales template=Calculate(Total Sales;dimkalender.month=7)

3. Total Sales template used in other month=Calculate(Total Sales template; dimkalender.month>3)

I thougt measure 3 should give me in a pivot july sales for april and the rest of the year. But it does not.
