Assigning access to a report to a GROUP of users in my company...

Hello,

I notice that when I want to share a report in Power BI with people in my company, it only works based on email address.  Ideally, I would like to share with a group of users defined in Active Directory.  But it seems this is not possible now.  So I'm wondering, as an alternative, could I assign access / shariring to an email distribution list in my company's mail directory in lieu of using an Active Directory group?  Or should I just hang tight until the long awaited on-prem hosting is a reality?
